As part of a 3-team trade, the Orlando Magic traded Bo Outlaw and a 2002 1st round draft pick (Amar'e Stoudemire was later selected) to the Phoenix Suns; the Phoenix Suns traded Vinny Del Negro and cash to the Los Angeles Clippers; and the Phoenix Suns traded Jud Buechler to the Orlando Magic. Philadelphia had the option to swap 2nd round draft picks with Los Angeles in 2005 but did not do so.
