• June 28, 2007: Traded Carl Landry to the Houston Rockets for cash and a 2008 2nd round draft pick (Sasha Kaun).
• June 28, 2007: Traded Ray Allen and Glen Davis to the Boston Celtics for Jeff Green, Wally Szczerbiak, Delonte West and a 2008 2nd round draft pick (Trent Plaisted).
