September 10, 1973: Traded by the Chicago Bulls with Gar Heard to the Buffalo Braves for John Hummer, a 1974 2nd round draft pick (Leon Benbow) and a 1975 2nd round draft pick (Larry Fogle).

February 1, 1974: Traded by the Buffalo Braves with Dave Wohl to the Houston Rockets for Matt Guokas and Jack Marin.
