    I bet 1996 is up there. Can't remember anyone else (could check but that would be cheating), but Chicago and Orlando crushed it that year - and Shaq missed a lot of games too.

    I wish it would become a common practice to show the previous season's rankings at the same point in time, for reference, whenever rankings are shown. Can I see them, pretty please?
